Rub steaks with olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Let them marinate for at least 30 minutes.
Preheat oven to 200°C or set up a grill. In a bowl, mix BBQ sauce, honey, smoked paprika, garlic powder, and cayenne pepper. Coat the wings with half the sauce and bake or grill for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway. Reserve the remaining sauce for basting.
Heat butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute. Add shrimp and Cajun seasoning. Cook for 2-3 minutes per side or until opaque.
Heat a grill or grill pan to medium-high heat. Cook steaks for 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare, or to desired doneness. Let the steak rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
Boil or grill the corn until tender (about 10 minutes). Brush with butter and sprinkle Cajun seasoning.
Mix mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, honey, and Cajun seasoning in a small bowl.
Plate the sliced steak, wings, shrimp, and corn. Drizzle the sauce over the steak and shrimp. Garnish with chopped parsley or green onions, if desired
