Creamy Garlic Butter Chicken Skillet
Ingredients:
1. 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
2. 1 cup heavy cream
3. 4 cloves garlic, minced
4. 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
5. 1 cup chicken broth
6. 2 tablespoons butter
7. 1 teaspoon dried thyme
8. Salt and pepper to taste
9. 2 tablespoons olive oil
10. Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Directions:
1. Preheat Skillet:
1.1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Prepare the Chicken:
