🧀 Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- ½ onion, chopped
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- ¼ cup chopped dill pickles
- 3 eggs
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- ½ cup half-and-half (or milk)
- 2 cups shredded cheese (cheddar works great)
- ½ bag frozen shoestring French fries
- Salt, pepper, garlic powder to taste

- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and spray a baking dish with nonstick spray.
- In a skillet, cook ground beef with onion, garlic, salt, and pepper. Drain excess fat.
- Stir in chopped pickles and spread the beef mixture in the baking dish.
- In a bowl, whisk together eggs, mayo, and half-and-half. Pour over beef.
- Sprinkle 1 cup of cheese over the mixture.
- Top with frozen French fries and season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Bake uncovered for 35 minutes or until fries are crispy.
- Sprinkle remaining cheese on top and bake until melted.
- Serve with your favorite burger toppings—lettuce, tomato, ketchup, mustard, or even Thousand Island dressing!
