BAKED COD WITH LEMON AND GARLIC 



This Baked Cod with Lemon and Garlic is a light and flavorful seafood dish! The tender cod is baked in a zesty lemon-garlic butter sauce, making it perfect for a quick, healthy meal.
Ingredients:
4 cod fillets (about 6 oz each)
4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
4 garlic cloves, minced
1 lemon, juiced and zested
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Salt and pepper, to taste
Lemon slices, for garnish
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Lightly grease a baking dish.
Season the cod fillets with salt and pepper on both sides and place them in the baking dish.
Make the lemon-garlic butter: In a small bowl, combine melted butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, and zest.
Drizzle the butter mixture over the cod fillets.
Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the cod is opaque and flakes easily with a fork.
