Shrimp and Chicken Stir Fry
Ingredients
1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 lb chicken breast, sliced
2 cups mixed vegetables (bell peppers, broccoli, snow peas)
3 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons oyster sauce
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon ginger, minced
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
Cooked rice or noodles for serving
Directions
1. Start by heating the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
2. Add the minced garlic and ginger, giving them a quick sauté just until they’re fragrant.
3. Slide in those sliced chicken breasts and cook until they’re nicely browned and fully cooked.
4. Toss in the shrimp and give them a stir until they turn that lovely pink color.
5. Add your mixed veggies and stir-fry for about 3-4 minutes, keeping everything moving so the veggies stay crisp.
6. Pour in the soy sauce and oyster sauce, making sure everything gets a good coating.
7. Let everything cook together for another 2-3 minutes, so the flavors meld and everything’s piping hot.
8. Serve your stir fry over a warm bed of rice or noodles, and enjoy every bite!
