- 300g thinly sliced beef (sirloin or flank)
- 1/2 cup sliced water chestnuts
- 1/2 cup baby corn
- 1/2 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1/2 green bell pepper, sliced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- Salt & pepper to taste
- Optional: chili flakes for heat

- Heat vegetable oil in a wok or large pan over high heat.
- Add garlic and beef slices. Stir-fry for 2β3 minutes until browned.
- Toss in baby corn, bell peppers, and water chestnuts. Stir-fry for another 2 minutes.
- Add soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, salt, pepper, and chili flakes (if using).
- Cook for 1β2 more minutes until veggies are tender-crisp and everything is coated in sauce.
- Serve hot over rice or noodles.
